Chronic back pain is hard enough to deal with as it is, but it can be especially frustrating when it starts to interfere with your family fun time. As Easter approaches, our London chiropractor shares some great tips to have an “eggcellent” time and keep your back pain at bay!
1: If you’re heading off for an Easter break, don’t pack your house and everything in it!
After all, do you really need your entire shoe collection to stay with old Auntie Jean for the weekend?
2: With hoards of chocolate filling your cupboards and your favourite movies on the box, it’s all too tempting to lounge around at Easter time. Of course, you deserve to relax and unwind over the holidays, but spare a thought for your poor spine that simply wasn’t designed for inactivity. To avoid aggravating your back, get up and move around every 30 minutes or so.
3: Water may not be the most exciting of Easter beverages, but your spine loves it! Keep drinking plenty of H20 over the Easter break and you’ll help to reduce your risk of muscle pain and inflammation.
Simple actions make a world of difference.
Have a happy Easter!
