As we wave goodbye to 2016, most of us will be thinking of the positive changes we can make to our lives next year. But while we all make New Year’s Resolutions with a belly full of fighting commitment, many plans fade to “could’ve beens” come February. Fortunately, our London chiropractor has three simple tips to help make 2017 one of your healthiest years yet.

1: Sleep Your Way to Great Health

Sleep is incredible! It’s free (a word that’s always nice to hear after Christmas!), it requires zero exertion and it’s one of the most powerful ways to create great health! Don’t underestimate the importance of quality sleep. Without it, every system in your body will become more vulnerable.

2: Eat a Fruit or Veg Every Time You Eat

We all know the importance of getting our “five a day”, but doing so can sometimes seem difficult to achieve. This year, every time you eat a meal or a snack, have at least one fruit or vegetable as well. Job done!

3: Say No

Most of us are ridiculously over-committed. And whether it’s down to guilt, lack of courage or the desire to please, we don’t say “no” often enough. Make this the year you start to put yourself first and think carefully before committing to anything you may later regret committing to.
