1: Move Around
Sitting in the same position for a long period of time puts excessive stress on your spine. When planning your journey, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to make frequent stops so that you can stretch and walk around.
2:Be a Smart Scheduler
Try to set off on your journey at a time when the traffic is less likely to be chock-a-block. If there are more than three of you travelling, consider taking a second car to ensure that you have ample room to stretch your legs and change positions.
3:Support your Spine
Bring a back roll or pillows to place behind your back to keep your spine straight. Doing this will help to prevent you from slouching and alleviate pressure and pain.
