With the festivities and New Year celebrations now just a thing of the recent past, January can be… well… slightly depressing, to say the least! Gone are the giant servings of indulgent food; gone are the champagne bubbles and relaxing days in front of the TV – now you’re on a “no junk” diet, attempting “Dry January” and working all the hours under the sun to get your deprived bank account back on track. No, January isn’t for the faint hearted.
But there’s good news as our leading London chiropractor shares three tips to add some brightness to those January blues:
1: Clean
Give your home and office / work space a winter “spring clean”. You won’t believe how much better you’ll feel when you’ve finished!
2: Start Something New
Starting a new hobby or learning more about something you already enjoy is a great way to positively shift your focus.
3: Start Holiday Planning
Planning a holiday or even a mini getaway will certainly lift your spirits. Why not ask your family where they would each like to go, put each person’s idea in a hat and pull out the winning location? Even if you are unable to book a holiday just yet, making plans and getting ideas will give you something to get excited about!
Remember, for every January, there’s a spring around the corner!
